Experienced Bar Staff

We are currently looking for experienced vibrant individuals who are devoted to providing top quality customer service. You will be innovative and have a real passion for the industry. The restaurant is situated just outside Sutton Coldfield. We are a family run business with a huge emphasis on using the best quality British produce.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition to this you must also be able to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of our menus and drinks list. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well within the team.

You should have the ability to plan, organise and use your own initiative within a pressurised environment. Shift patterns will be evenings & weekends, but flexibility is also important.

We are not on a public transport route, so being able to drive is an advantage.

Schedule

Full-time roles available. It is essential you are fully flexible to work varying shifts including weekends. 

Key responsibilities

• Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge at all times
• Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits the restaurant, ensuring that all customer needs are exceeded
• Preparing drinks in a timely manner and to the highest possible standard
