Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in Coppice or Forage, we are here to help! You can return an item to us within 14 days. To process a refund, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased. Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Coppice and Forage Loyalty Cards

Our loyalty cards are open to everybody! Whether you’re a regular customer or an occasional one, we want you to be able to be rewarded when shopping with us. It is completely free to sign up for a loyalty card and you can do so at any of our till points.

If you’re one of our loyalty customers, we’ll send you information about offers and other personalised exclusives straight to your e-mail inbox. You will also receive a point for every pound you spend, and you can spend those points in Coppice Garden Centre and Forage Food Hall.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Once your loyalty account is activated it is non-transferable.
  • You will need to provide your e-mail address and name in order to receive offer and benefit emails.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time and substitute any offers if necessary. No cash alternative is available for any of our offers. Frequency of offers may vary from time to time.
  • You can terminate your account at any time by calling us on 0121 308 7197 or e-mailing us at info@coppicegc.com.
  • We can make changes to our loyalty scheme at any time. We will inform our loyalty card holders of any changes via e-mail.
  • We can reserve the right to revoke membership at any time if we suspect an account is breaching our terms and conditions or acting fraudulently.
  • We will not share your information with any other third parties.
