Booking terms and conditions

We offer a range of menus throughout the day. Before making your booking with us, please see the relevant menus and serving times.

If you wish to book an afternoon tea please call us on 0121 308 6102. We require 48 hours notice for afternoon tea reservations as well as a £10 deposit per person when booking. Therefore, we are unable to accept online afternoon tea requests.

Relating to our outdoor area, we reserve the right to move a booking right up to the time of your arrival due to adverse weather conditions. All bookable outside tables will have their own parasols and we cannot change the table you are booked on. Our outside dining is situated in our lovely garden and as a result we cannot guarantee that wasps, bees and other insects will not interrupt your dining experience.

Saturday

Sundays and Bank Holidays

Breakfast Menu 9am – 11.15am

Sunday Lunch Menu 12.30pm – 6pm

We have very limited availability for walk-ins due to a high level of bookings. If you are booking and would prefer to sit outside, please leave a note in your booking comments and we will accommodate where possible. Please note that a table in our outdoor area is not guaranteed.

Credit card details will be required to secure any booking over 7 persons. These will be held securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway. We will only charge your card if your booking is a no show. The no show fee will be £5 per person plus a £1.50 admin fee (e.g. if your table has 7 people, you will be charged £36.50).

Dress code

Our dress code is smart casual. Dress for chilling and chatting. Gossiping and giggling. Celebrating and chuckling.

Dogs

Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs inside our restaurant.
